Required Documents: To expedite the claims process, we kindly request that you keep the following documents ready when reporting your claim:

    Access ‘To Whom It May Concern Certificate’ section. Follow the process and download report

  • For Sharjah:

    Use Sharjah Police HQ Website (www.shjpolice.gov.ae) / Mobile App

    Access ‘To Whom It May Concern Certificate’ section. Follow the process and download report
  • For Abu Dhabi:

    Use Abu Dhabi Police website (https://es.adpolice.gov.ae/) and register using UAE Pass.

  • For Other Emirates

    Visit your respective Police Station/ Offical Website to get the Vehicle Damage Certificate

• 2. Driving License (front and back)
• 3. Emirates ID (front and back)
• 4. Vehicle registration card (front and back)
• 5. Photos of your damaged vehicle, including those submerged in flood waters
